Protein-Packed Yogurt Bowl


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (Kitehill brand)
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • a pinch of amla powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp flax seed meal
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 8-10 raspberries for topping

    Instructions:

    • Add all the ingredients except raspberries to a blender and blend until smooth adding more milk as needed.
    • Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy as a protein-packed post-workout snack
