Protein-Packed Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (Kitehill brand)
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
- a pinch of amla powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp flax seed meal
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 8-10 raspberries for topping
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients except raspberries to a blender and blend until smooth adding more milk as needed.
- Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy as a protein-packed post-workout snack
