 Long Crispy Fries


Ingredients:


  • 4 medium potatoes
  • salt, to taste 
  • black pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp corn flour

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut 4 medium potatoes.
  2. Boil them until tender, drain the water, and let them cool to room temperature.
  3. Rice the potatoes in a medium bowl.
  4. Add salt, pepper, corn flour and combine everything together to form a dough.
  5. Transfer the dough to a ziploc bag, seal the bag, roll it out into an even layer to 1-inch thickness.
  6. Let the dough cool in the fridge until it is set, for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Cut the dough into thin strips like fries.
  8. Fry them in oil on low to medium flame until golden and crispy.
  9. Sprinkle piri piri mix and serve with the dip of your choice.
